Jane Ann Aspey, of Cleveland, was identified as the victim of the Aug. 28 collision at the intersection of Stovall Road and Duncan Bridge Road (Georgia 384), according to information from the Georgia State Patrol crash report.

The crash occurred shortly before 9:45 a.m., when two vehicles collided at the intersection. The other driver involved was identified as Michael Cameron Limbaugh of Clarkesville.
