In Loving Memory of Amelia Swindell

With heavy hearts, we remember Amelia Swindell, 31, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, whose life was tragically cut short following a vehicle crash in Bossier Parish, Louisiana, early Sunday morning.

Amelia was a beloved daughter, family member, friend, and cherished part of the lives of those who knew her. Her sudden passing has left behind a deep sadness that words cannot fully express.

According to Louisiana State Police, the crash occurred around 12:25 a.m. on Demoss Hill Road near Old Plain Dealing Road. Amelia was traveling west in a 2013 Nissan Sentra when the vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree. She suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. A passenger was also injured and transported to a local hospital.

While these details describe the circumstances of her passing, they do not define Amelia or the life she lived. She was more than a name in a report. She was someone who was loved, someone who created memories, and someone whose presence mattered.

Those who knew Amelia will carry her memory through photographs, stories, laughter, and the countless moments they shared with her. Though her time on earth was far too short, the love she gave and received will remain.

To Amelia’s family and friends, may you find strength in one another and comfort in the memories you hold close. May her name continue to be spoken with love, and may her life always be remembered for the person she was.

Rest peacefully, Amelia. Forever loved, forever missed, and forever remembered.
