In Loving Memory of Sherry M. Wears
Today, we remember Sherry M. Wears, 61, of Putnam County, West Virginia, whose life was tragically cut short on August 28, 2026.
Sherry passed away following a devastating two-vehicle crash on Route 35 near Plantation Road. Her passing was sudden and heartbreaking, leaving family, friends, and loved ones to face the difficult reality of saying goodbye without warning.
Although her life ended unexpectedly, the memories she leaves behind will never be forgotten. A person’s life is not defined by the circumstances of their final moments, but by the love they shared, the relationships they built, and the memories they created along the way.
Today, we honor Sherry not only with sadness, but also with gratitude for the time she was given and for the lives she touched. Those who knew and loved her will carry her memory in their hearts, remembering the moments they shared and the person she was.
To her family and friends, may you find strength and comfort in one another during this painful time. May the memories of happier days bring peace when the sorrow feels overwhelming. May every story told, every photograph cherished, and every moment of remembrance keep her memory alive.
Death may take a person from our sight, but it can never take away the love and memories they leave behind.
Rest peacefully, Sherry. You will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever carried in the hearts of those who knew and loved you.
In loving memory, may your soul rest in eternal peace.
